Testimonials

  • ‘I have worked with Elaine over the last four years, and could not recommend her highly enough. She has helped me navigate a number of work and life situations in a way that has helped me build a much deeper understanding of myself; greater confidence; a sense of empowerment; and an ability to overcome some of my own barriers that were holding me back. She makes insightful connections and gently challenges you when you need it. Elaine’s style is professional; she is extremely intelligent, demonstrates empathy and compassion, and has a refreshing sense of humour.’

  • ‘Elaine has supported me to work through various life and work experiences. She has challenged my thinking, provided different perspectives, and helped me make some big decisions. She’s also helped me gain a better understanding of the things that give me a greater sense of purpose. She is an amazing listener and shows real empathy, kindness, and understanding with an open, non-judgemental approach. I admire her style, which is fun and exploratory; she will try working with different solutions or methods for scenarios and problems, helping you find courage and strength to grow. I highly recommend Elaine and her work.’

  • ‘I’ve worked with Elaine as often as once a week for more than five years. It is a pleasure to work with her — she has a deep understanding of human psychology and strategies for facilitating healthy change. Adding to her wealth of knowledge at a foundational level, Elaine is deft, creative, and candid in approach. She consistently helps stimulate thoughts and resulting actions in ways I hadn’t been able to define on my own. Her support has enabled me to successfully navigate a career shift and focus on entrepreneurial values. I wholeheartedly recommend working with her.’

  • ‘I have known Elaine for over ten years in various capacities: teacher, public speaker, psychologist, coach. In all of these positions Elaine remains humble, and in all of them she coaches whomever she is with to be the best version of themselves. Her power comes from one simple thing that is often very hard to do well, and that is listening and hearing what is difficult to articulate or difficult to admit and see. She is exceptionally creative and flexible in her approach, which makes her able to adapt her approach to different people, situations, and environments. For me, Elaine has been a presence — sometimes through her writing, sometimes through her teaching, and sometimes through her professional guidance and coaching — and she has never made me question her genuineness and integrity.’

  • ‘Elaine is a wonderful coach. She has the rare gift of true empathy and deep analytical thinking. Elaine is smart and fast, but never over paces. Her experience as a psychologist in combination with her expertise on our modern world led by tech enables her to identify the conflicts our current lives are confronting us with. While all of us share these to an extent, the challenges are highly individual. And this is where Elaine excels; she understands you as an individual on a deep level and finds ways to coach you to find your very own way to achieve your goals and master your challenges.’

  • ‘If you are looking for an exceptionally high-calibre coach who will truly change your life for the better, then look no further. Having worked with Elaine in several capacities over the past 8 years, I have been incredibly fortunate to have benefited from her unique skillset and transformative influence. She has been invaluable in helping me meet my objectives, from qualifying as a Counselling Psychologist to publishing my first book, and she offers the perfect blend of support, challenge, humour, and outstanding psychological insight. I cannot recommend her highly enough.’

  • ‘Elaine has an ability to inquire into the things that really matter and bring incredibly insightful, razor-sharp reflections. Working with Elaine has given me a much greater sense of clarity and ability to fearlessly forge ahead. Her professionalism, warmth, wit and fun is a wonderful added bonus. Elaine has guided me through some of the most pivotal moments of my life and she has enabled me to truly flourish. I cannot recommend her enough.’
