My therapeutic approach is individualised for each client, and I see the therapeutic process as being jointly created between the therapist and the client, making for a unique relationship and a unique piece of work.
In adapting my style to what suits you best, I am able to draw upon a variety of theories and techniques. I was trained in and am experienced with cognitive-behavioural, existential, humanistic, psychodynamic, and systemic approaches. Regardless of what kind of therapy you have or what kind of label is attached to it, the most important things are that you feel that therapy is useful and helpful to you and that you feel safe and supported within the relationship.
